01 Introduction

Welcome to ae33. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and ae33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the ae33 online betting and gaming platform accessible at ae33.io and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account on ae33, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing any bet, or participating in any promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ae33 Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ae33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an ae33 account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had an ae33 account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of ae33 or any associated group company;
• You are not suffering from a gambling disorder or addiction, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with ae33 or any other gaming operator.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ae33 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. ae33 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts discovered and to void any bets or winnings associated with them. Where ae33 has reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts are being operated by the same individual, all related accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

ae33 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. As part of this programme, ae33 may require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method at any point during the life of your account.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet showing your registered mobile number);
• Source of funds documentation where a deposit or cumulative deposits exceed a threshold determined by ae33's compliance team.

Until KYC verification is complete, ae33 reserves the right to restrict your ability to deposit, place bets, request withdrawals, or access certain promotional offers. ae33 shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of a restriction imposed pending KYC completion.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ae33 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ae33 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — mobile financial service by BRAC Bank;
• Nagad — digital financial service by Bangladesh Post Office;
• Rocket — mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank;
• Upay — digital payment service.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The maximum single deposit and the maximum daily deposit limit are displayed within your account cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change without prior notice. ae33 does not accept deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned to their source.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in your account cashier. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, network conditions, and whether additional verification is required. ae33 targets same-day processing for verified accounts making withdrawals via bKash or Nagad, though this is not guaranteed and does not constitute a contractual commitment. ae33 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, confirmation that all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met, or completion of an anti-fraud review.

ae33 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. ae33 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment service providers.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ae33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

• Bonuses are available to players with verified ae33 accounts in good standing only;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited without compensation;
• Unless an offer's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds may only be used on sports betting markets and slot games. Certain game categories, including but not limited to live dealer table games, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements;
• ae33 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such action does not disadvantage players who have already accepted an offer and are actively fulfilling wagering requirements;
• Players who ae33 reasonably suspects of abusing bonuses — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated promotional exploitation — may have their bonus funds forfeited and their accounts suspended.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, limited to one claim per person, per household, and per device. The maximum welcome bonus available to eligible new players is up to ৳20,000 on the first deposit, subject to the specific terms of the current welcome offer as published on the ae33 promotions page.

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ae33 are subject to ae33's General Betting Rules and any sport-specific rules applicable to the relevant market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules. Key general provisions include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation;
• A bet is not valid until you receive a confirmation reference number from the ae33 system. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet is void;
• ae33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded where live data was not correctly reflected on the Platform due to a technical fault;
• Maximum win limits apply per event, per day, and per sport. Limits are displayed in the ae33 betting rules section and are subject to change;
• ae33 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or void bets on any market at its reasonable discretion, including in cases where ae33 suspects match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or errors in the odds offered.

For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — additional cricket betting rules apply and are published separately. In-play betting markets on ae33 are subject to suspension during key moments of play (e.g., ball in flight, wicket review under DRS). ae33's cricket trading decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

07 Casino & Games Rules

All casino games available on the ae33 Platform — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slot and RNG games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers — operate using certified random number generators and are subject to the rules of the respective game as presented within the game interface.

By participating in any casino game on ae33, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and are not influenced by ae33, the game provider, or any third party;
• The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the game provider and is verifiable by the player within the game's information panel;

08 Responsible Gaming

ae33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all verified ae33 account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ae33 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 7-day cooling-off period when increased;

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ae33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any account balance, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one ae33 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or glitches in the Platform's games or cashier system;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer casino games or poker;
• Placing bets on events in which you have insider knowledge of the outcome;
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Providing false identity information or documents during the KYC process;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ae33's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ae33 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ae33 shall not be liable to you for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business or business opportunity;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss arising from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned downtime of the Platform;
• Loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a data feed error;
• Losses caused by events outside ae33's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, government action, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit ae33's liability for death or personal injury caused by ae33's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ae33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ae33 uses your personal data to: verify your identity; process deposits and withdrawals; administer your account; comply with anti-money-laundering obligations; deliver responsible gaming tools; communicate promotional offers (where you have not opted out); and improve the quality of the Platform. ae33 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ae33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time in the following circumstances:

• You have breached, or ae33 reasonably suspects that you have breached, any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Your account is the subject of a fraud investigation or a law enforcement enquiry;
• Continued operation of your account would expose ae33 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• You request self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming provisions of these Terms.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, ae33 will return any withdrawable account balance to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a breach, ae33 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Any bonus funds held in your account at the time of closure are forfeited in all cases.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ae33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. ae33 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document reflect the most current version. Prior versions of the Terms are available on request by contacting ae33 support.

14 Contact & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ae33 entity operating the Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts relevant to ae33's registered jurisdiction.
